Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. As a boutique waterfront property, last-minute cancellations can be difficult to accommodate and rebook. To ensure fairness for all guests, the following cancellation policy applies:

Full refund (100%) for cancellations made 14 or more days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Partial refund (50%) for cancellations made 7-13 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original method of payment. For added protection against unexpected events that may affect your travel plans, we recommend purchasing travel insurance.
